NANZ CUSTOM BATH HARDWARE COLLECTIONS
Nanz Custom Hardware was looking for a way to leverage their luxury hardware collections to attract a new audience for the home while being streamlined for quick production. I developed on a modular approach where complete product SKUs were created from an architecturally-driven backplate element and a fit-for-purpose functional attachment that created around 156 new SKUs utilizing only 25 components. This focus around efficiencies of scale allowed them to quickly ramp up this collection for a KBIS trade show launch and were taking orders within a few months of development.
