PARKLAND RETAIL MESSAGING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
Parkland needed to better leverage their retail environment to ensure their brand messaging is showing up differently for their consumers. Their retail environment was covered in signs that directed their consumers around the space but the volume often made you wonder if they broke through for consumers at all. Working with their channel execution team, I was a key design voice that evaluated this brand’s approach to messaging with the goal of providing more return on the investment. I started by looking at their current ecosystem and built best practices around streamlining the content within their space. This more direct approach leveraged their current graphic and dimensional brand components to be more meaningful to the consumer experience. This streamlined approach allows them to speak more directly to their consumers while also reducing their costs per month by being selective with what is most important for their business goals.
